Thank you for shopping with VMYTH ! We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process, delivery times, and other important information.  

1. Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.  

- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.  

3. Shipping Restrictions

- We currently ship to most worldwide destinations.  

- Some locations may have restrictions due to carrier limitations.  

- PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses: We may not ship to these addresses depending on the carrier. 

4. Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, youll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.  

- If tracking hasnt updated within 5 business days, please contact us.  

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

- Carrier delays (weather, customs, holidays) are beyond our control.  

- If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of shipment, and well assist in filing a claim with the carrier.  

6. Undeliverable Packages

- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for a reshipping fee or refund (minus original shipping costs).  

7. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

- International customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable).  

- VMYTH is not responsible for these charges, and non-payment may result in delayed delivery.
